<p>Funding will support the work of the institutes’ scientists in hope of discovering innovative approaches to prevent, diagnose, and treat breast and ovarian cancers. It will also support breast health education by providing classes to the community at large with a direct focus on new immigrants to encourage mammography, self-screening along with workshops on health, diet and exercise to improve their chances of survival.</p>
<p><strong>There are NO tickets available for purchase for this event. Every spectator or participant must raise a minimum of $2500 to attend the event.</strong> Remember, only the top 60 fundraisers will earn the ability to show off their culinary skills in the ultimate battle on stage, alongside our all-star line-up of Food Network Celebrity Chefs. Registration fee of $100 will apply. Once you have registered you can immediately start to fundraise! <strong>Deadline for donations to count towards your fundraising total is Thursday November 24th at 5:00pm EST. </strong></p>
<p>Participants must be 19 years of age or older. Event organizers have the right to refuse any participant who has registered and is under the age limit of 19 or older.</p>

Light and fresh with subtle – soft &#8211; chalky tannins and limestone nuances surfacing from underneath the just ripe fruit core. Blood orange accents on its finish. Delicate, idiosyncratic Pinot. Even better and showing brighter &#8211; spicier if slightly chilled. Enjoyed it with pan fried calf liver over polenta and blanched – butter sautéed fiddleheads. Private order.</p>

Tropical, lemon balm, lavender – basil and fresh honey. Rich and thick over the palate, yet pretty intense and refreshing in the same time. Long – lingering finish. Seamless alcohols, acids and oak integration, plus its fruit extract will just increase its quality throughout short term cellaring and ageing. Enjoy with smoked trout, cold beet and potato salad and mint – crème fraiche.</p>
